I've paid the Due bill of 445 in time (05.11.21) and the payment status said successful (Order Id[protected] yet my zip account hasn't been updated also I've got charged with rs/- 50 penalty. Also, in my transaction history there is now a transaction of the same amount as PG transaction Later I've received an email stating my bill payment was unsuccessful and now I'm locked out of my MobiKwik wallet app because of the Zip bill, I have raised a request for my situation but my ticket isn't solved yet and I can't use my wallet app if I not clear the bill again, please help me here because I didn't get my refund to the original bank account.
This is unexpected from MobiKwik and is frustrating, I need your assistance in this ASAP
