My mobikwik account is blocked. I trying to login it displays message as "user is disabled".
My money of rs.4000/- is pending in mobikwik wallet. Neither no one is responding on mobikwik helpline number nor i can lodge complaint to mobikwik due to account blocked by mobikwik

Money deducted but not reached the merchant

I had made an online electricity bill payment for Noida Power Company Limited on 4th Oct 2021 using my debit card.
While the amount was deducted from my bank account but the same has not been credited into the merchants account i.e. NPCL .

Attached here is the txt message received from my bank.

Please arrange to investigate and sort out.

Recharge amount not reached to TATA SKY merchant

Did a mobikwik payment of Rs.270 (54.95 wallet balance+215.05 account money) by approving Mobikwik pg towards TATASKY DTH recharge. It didn't reach the merchant. The money got debited.

Money deducted while transferring from wallet to bank (Refund)

I was transferring money from wallet to bank account. Transaction is in pending state. I am waiting from 1 September. I haven't received my money in my bank account till now. Mobikwik Customer care is not able to resolve the issue. I called these guys many times but they put me on hold and says that please wait we are checking with seniors Or payment team. I called customer care more than 30 times in last month. Transaction amount is 41000...

Amount deducted from the bank account but the transaction was failed

Had made a transaction worth INR 100 via Mobikwik for subscribing into ALT Balaji. The amount was deducted from my bank account but the transaction failed. However I have still not received the refund....

My mobile automatic recharge I don't recharge

My mobile was recharged without me having to recharge. I ran out of money in my wallet. If I call customer care, the customer care number does not work. My wallet is running out of money....

Amount deducted from bank but not added in wallet or refund given.

I was trying to add money ₹3500 in mobiwik through my personal credit card on oct1, 2021.
The money was debited from my account but not added in mobiwik wallet. I have tried to contact customer service but ended up in depression.. their customer support is not at all available..I am in need of that money but they are not even ready to hear our concern..I donno y these app is in market if they dont even have proper customer service.Requesting...

Refund from mobikwik to upi

I had ordered protein powder from healthkart and paid through mobikwik but due to some reason I cancelled that product. Healthkart has successfully refunded money . Mobikwik is showing money refunded successful in upi but I haven't received any refund in my upi till now....

Money debited from account but didn't reach merchant

Did a mobikwik payment of 2799 by approving Mobikwik pg towards realme store. It didn't reach the merchant. The money got debited. There is no history on the app....

Regarding failed transaction and amount debited

I tried book a flight from Mumbai to Hyderabad in make my trip via mobikwik and my transaction got failed at the end with an error msg but amount was deducted from my account of rs 3411 and I can't find any transaction Id or details regarding booking in MMT and there are no details regarding this amount in mobikwik to

Status is successful but not added in mobikwik wallet.

Payment deducted, but not added in mobiquick wallet. As per chat with mobiquick support. They updated money received at my end and status is successful. Attaching screen shots. Please check on priority. Others now I am going to tweet abt it....
