I had tranfer money from wallet to bank account but its seen pending from 2 days ...i have hospital emergencies what should i do now ...i never seen worst service like them

    Iam paying zip amount throw my SBI credit card in my Amount as debited. In aslo showing mobikwik history showing in Amount as debited but not showing in wallet kindly suggest me

      I added 4071 rupees on my mobikwik wallet on 3rd November 2021 and in history it shows money has been added successfully but the wallet balance is still 0. There's an transaction history of 'wallet debit against bank transfer recovery' of 4071 rupees. My whole amount was debited under this transaction without any notification or my permission. I have also submitted the issue and tried them calling but no response. I request the higher authorities to credit back the amount.

        I've paid the Due bill of 445 in time (05.11.21) and the payment status said successful (Order Id[protected] yet my zip account hasn't been updated also I've got charged with rs/- 50 penalty. Also, in my transaction history there is now a transaction of the same amount as PG transaction Later I've received an email stating my bill payment was unsuccessful and now I'm locked out of my MobiKwik wallet app because of the Zip bill, I have raised a request for my situation but my ticket isn't solved yet and I can't use my wallet app if I not clear the bill again, please help me here because I didn't get my refund to the original bank account.
        This is unexpected from MobiKwik and is frustrating, I need your assistance in this ASAP

          Unable to fetch my recharge invoices

          I have recharged my jio sim recently and not able to fetch/view/download any of the recharge invoice.

          I wanted to transfer my money from the wallet to my bank account so I did but it didn't reflect in my bank account, and I recieved a mail too that my transanction is completed and the money is been transferred to my bank account but it isn't transferred, and its in pending state, please resolve this issue

                My name is Raviteja.I recently i downloaded mobikwik app and registered as new and when i doing KYC i got error message that "This aadhar Number is linked to another mobikwik account please enter new one" and i called Mobikwik customer care Several times i got reply for that from mobikwik side they cant do anything. On mobikwik there is pay later option so I very afraid of that if someone missued that account that linked my adhaar.so please take action and unlink my adhaar from that unkown account.

                  Recently i made payment with zomoto through mobikwik wallet, for some error with mobikwik app, twice transections were declined, and amount got deducted from the account both times for the same amount. I tried calling mobikwik customer care, they said, they don't don't any transections history with my current registered number. And asked me sent the screenshot of the transection which went through, i did that. But still no response.

                  Now i called again, the customer care executive keep insisting me, i wrong by my side,
                  Her description was - i had a mobikwik wallet with different number and transections and amount went through that wallet account not the current account.
                  Here is the funny part - mobikwik unlike any other digital wallet, it's secured with 2fa factor, every time you login to the account, you receive a otp on the registered number.
                  Now the old account, i lost that sim, for about an 1 year ago and couldn't login to that account, obviously not able to receive the otp,
                  That's the whole reason i registered the wallet with a different number which i have access to now. This incident happened on oct 30, two days prior to today,
                  Now in the first place, transections couldn't have gone through the account which i can't login, absolutely not possible with receiving otp, or if it has then mobikwik is not secure wallet!!!
                  Now zomoto notified me out of two transections, one they have processed the refund but also to my old wallet, which i can't access without otp. 2nd transection amount still mobikwik doesn't have response to that.

                  I am in loss for the amount 660. Just because mobikwik unsecure system error,
                  I am adding the screenshot as evidence.

                    First I added 8000 Rupees to my bank account linkedto my mobikwik wallet and then performed a transaction of Rupees 8150 to add the money in my wallet.
                    i have all the proofs and and records that amount of 8150 was deducted from my bank account but does not reflect in the statement of app neither in the balance tab of the app.

                        Hi i have made transaction to mobikwik for 59999rs on 11 june from citi credit card however mobikwik is telling they have not received the payment, however the amount is debited from citi credit card, attached statement.

                        The person whom I trusted has transferred funds from my credit card to his other mobile number and said he has not received in his Mobikwik wallet. I thought any problem with bank side, however bank has sent me detailed proof of funds where it went.

                          Unauthorisilly my amount debited on 30th sep my SBI account no is [protected] . My MobiKwik phone is [protected]. On the day of 30th sep I send 5000/- to my MobiKwik account from my SBI account through UPI payment . But in addition 10000/- debited in my account trancection no is UPI/DR/[protected] for 5000/- UPI/DR/[protected] for 5000/- UPI/DR/[protected] for 5000/-
                          In this 3 transactions only one transaction is successful. Balance 2 transactions is failed but amount is debited to my account. Please refund my 10000/- please

                            Mobikwik — Money deducted but not reached the merchant

                            06th oct 21
                            I had made an online electricity bill payment for Noida Power Company Limited on 4th Oct 2021 using my debit card.
                            While the amount was deducted from my bank account but the same has not been credited into the merchants account i.e. NPCL .

                            Attached here is the txt message received from my bank.

                            Please arrange to investigate and sort out.

                                Hi mobikwik yesterday (23.10.2021) at 7.30 pm i was ordered men brown clogs in Flipkart using mobikwik zip pay American blue card after that I cancelled that order as per request Flipkart refund my account successfully .

                                Refund Processed: The refund of Rs. 839.0 for MACTREE Men Brown Clogs is successfully processed to your MOBIKWIK CREDIT card 378255*****7751 .

                                But even now I'm not credited to my mobikwik wallet.

                                So please help to and resolve this issue as soon as possible. I'm atteched the payment details screenshot through this email.
