Mobikwik — Balance got deducted and there is no response from mobikwik

Have opened two issues and no response yet #4482791 and #4574216

Yesterday someone called saying they will refund the amount in 30 mins and took my acc details .Now i feel if it was a fraud .Mobikwik a big fraud. Never recharge from here .
