Mobikwik — Being harassed even after paying everything in my zip.

Hello there.
I'm being harassed even after paying everything in my zip account.
the payment was done from my side and even it was paid and their is a technical glitch from the platform's side or upi. but the payment was delayed for a minute. but now i had paid for whatever services i was charge for. since the next time when i tried to open the app it said i've to pay the penalty.
even im not able to get help. vecause offcourse im not able to complaint form web browser. but you cant do that. now only after paying penalty. now when i called to register my complaint i couldnt. tried texting them on services but even after explaing for hours. they said dont worry we'll see.
now after an year once again i called them, and they said the same thing.
they are charging penalty for nothing and now its 6327. for what. and getting mails and msg, which really makes me go crazy.
