Mobikwik — Blocked my wallet containing money without any reason and are giving excuses to refund money from one month

They block the account of any person having money in wallet without any reason and are not at all ready to open it again and are giving excuses only. i do have all record of all conversation done with them I want to file complaint against e commerce site named as mobikwik. They are basically a wallet service and they give cashback. My wallet Id of mobikwik is [protected]@gmail.com as they use to give great offers to new persons i asked my friend to open mobikwik wallet he opened as per my recommendation i asked him to buy his products from purplle.com using mobikwik as they were giving good cashback. he did the payment. he was having some money in his wallet so he decided to transfer me the money. he transferred the money and i accepted the money after i received the money my friend got message there was some problem in sending money after few seconds he got message ashu have received the money. after few minutes both of ours wallets were blocked without any reason this happened nearly on 23-24th may 2015. after that i tried contacting with mobikwik as i have my money blocked in their wallet. i tried contacting them through facebook and gmail. they told me to send my bank statement two id proof. i sent them all the requested documents but there was no reply from them. then i asked them for any contact no they gave me their contact no. i called them they told me because of payment gateway concern they have blocked my account and to send my documents again. i agaion sent my documents and this time i received a mail that they will transfer my money to my account but i did not received any money so i called them back this time they did not picked my phone nearly 10 times after that they picked my phone that my money cant be transferred as i did not got this money from bank as this money belongs to transfer. my question is how there is a payment gateway concern from bank when this money has not been transferred from money. the payment gateway in my case is mobikwik only then they used to say may be someone is trying to hack my account in that case also they should block hackers account instead of common persons . I guess they are planning for a big E-Fraud and should be blocked as soon as possible My wallet id is [protected]@gmail.com My support ticket is 2721659 Please help me out you can contact me at [protected]
