Mobikwik — boost credit account not closed even after making the payment.

I got a loan using the boost credit in the mobikwik mobile app. Also made the payments on time through ecs facility. Post i paid all the outstanding and got
Confirmation adrya brila finance the loan account is closed from there side and mobikwik needs to close it in the app. I started asking the mobikwik team to report the iussse and reslove it but to my surprise the customer care executive are ignorant and not aware of what the process they need to follow. One is asking for noc and other says we are yet to get the noc from adrya brila finance. I wrote an email to nodal officer of mobikwik to hoping the issue will be resolved but yet again a suprise. I don't even get acknowledgement email saying i sent to the wright email id. That's post that there is no reply on the issue. My mobile number [protected]
