With in 1 month this is my second complaint and I hard to use mobikwik next time.. May be this will be last to use mobikwik.
Last week Monday ie on 22nd nov 2002, i reached my bsnl number [protected] with a rs of 397/- using mobikwik.. Mobikwik says its recharged and payment is debited. They given the operator ref no. as [protected]. But bsnl number didn't get recharged. In mobikwik app i[censored] try to use help option they will say to contact bsnl and to use operator ref number for reference ... No other help from mobikwik. The customer support number is always busy... U will get tired i[censored] use that...
Then I contacted with bsnl Customer support. Since I used third party app to recharge, they cant take complaint through call. Only can give complaint through email services " [protected]@bsnl.co.in ". So i have send the complaint but still now, no response from them. They said this is handling by private company as contract.
Finally Today I recharged this number through bsnl retailer because I have to use that number. I cant wait more, its been 9 days. I am scared to use third app again... So i am complaining here even though I have less hope. Because my last complaint not solved by mobikwik yet. I am really dissapointed, I really hating to use these type of apps.
