Hi, I've booked a bus ticket from hyderabad to bangalore dated[protected], with bus type as volvo multiaxle (2 2), operator name as : jabbar travels and m-ticket pnr qeb7885 and departure timing at 23:30 from aramghar circle. Lately, i had got a message saying the bus is cancelled but still my money is not refunded. I've even created a ticket to your customer service on the mobikwik app to know the status but there is no progress. If you cannot provide service and solve our issues, then what is the need of running such big business. Since, its been more than a week and no respond from you people, i'm so frustrated. Coupon mention it a cash back but they give me supercash. From supercash we can use only 5% amount. This company making fraud coupon statement.
I used this coupon only because of cashback.
