Mobikwik — bus booking refund issue | |||||
I had done bus booking from mobikwik 29 nov 2018 from bhuntar to delhi. When i reached bus stop i asked about bus from bus operator he said bus is already departure from bus stop before departure time which was 9 pm timing they departure the bus 6 pm 3 hour before. Now i have complaint about it in mobikwik help section another day asked about recording or supporting document i have sent on mail but after that i got no reply yet. It's been 27 days my query yet not resolved. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Iam unable to Transfer as KYC was not Upgraded and Pls upgrade and help me to do smooth Transactions... My Mobikwik Number is [protected]

Mobikwik is an online banking service providing application. Recently i added an amount of 500 in my mobikwik wallet. But now i cannot transfer the amount back to bank. For this purpose they require mandatory kyc. When i go in kyc section, a pop up comes "kyc is not available. " neither can i use it not i can transfer it...
