Dear sir,
I have booked a ticket but unfortunately the bus was cancelled and there was no arrangement of any alternate bus. My ticket got cancelled and until now i haven't got my refund yet.
The travel agency{sahara travels} is not even taking the responsibility of this inconvenience. My ticket no. Is ts[protected]cern. I request you to do the needful.
