Mobikwik — bus operator and mobikwik are not refunding money after they cancelled the bus.

I had booked bus from bangalore to maleswaram by kpn bus transport online by paying through mobikwik. But when i reached the bus stand for journey i was told that the bus has been cancelled and it will be refunded. When i contacted mobikwik they also confirmed that it will be refunded. But it has been 7 days they did not take any action. Please help.
