Mobikwik — bus ticket not booked but money deducted | |
Sir/ madam, I was trying to book bus ticket from abhibus app through mobikwik on 14.05.2019. Ticket was not booked but amt rs. 874.81 deducted from my bank account. I registered complaint so many times on mobikwik app. But the money is not still received to my account. Hence look into the matter and do the needful. Refund my money with in 24hrs. Mobikwik customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
