[Resolved]  Mobikwik — Bus ticket refund not received

I booked a bus ticket on 23 june17 from Delhi to Jammu which got cancelled, but the amount is still not refunded.
I had already raised a ticket on MobiKwik app on 27 June and they said it will be credited in 48 hours but it's 1 July and it's not credited. I had also reopened the ticket and replied but did not got any resolution and since the last three days, the ticket status is showing as in progress.

My account is registered with the name of Sudhir Singh Chauhan, and mobile no
