[Resolved] Mobikwik — Bus ticket refund not received | |||||
I booked a bus ticket on 23 june17 from Delhi to Jammu which got cancelled, but the amount is still not refunded. I had already raised a ticket on MobiKwik app on 27 June and they said it will be credited in 48 hours but it's 1 July and it's not credited. I had also reopened the ticket and replied but did not got any resolution and since the last three days, the ticket status is showing as in progress.
