I get an personal loan from mobikwik, which is provided by Fullerton India credit limited for 6 month tenure, so my first emi starts on 5th August 2022, and on 4th August 2022 i made my payment of 5598 and Fullerton India credit limited confirm that, after that i contenosly getting messages I have dues and make it otherwise you will get affected, I tired many times to contact almost 100 times i called the customer support and they says you have no dues it will update as soon as possible, and after few day nothing happened and also I get these messages and past two days i get calls and they using bad words and abusing they ask for the payment proof and i send it after that they says, I have dues Pay pay pay and using bad words again and again, and i called Fullerton India credit limited they again confirmed I have no dues with them, and they send an confirmation and pdf which showing i paid on correct date and no dues, as per they give an support mail id of mobikwik and I mailed no response, so they contenosly calling messaging and abusing, i need to solve this, they never going to solve this Was this information helpful? |
