Mobikwik — Cancelled the order by calvins. But no message or no reply from mobikwik

Hi, I have done one transaction through Mobikwik wallet to Calvins. But the order got cancelled. But I haven't received any mesage or amount. Could you please check and let me know. I tried calling you so many times. but it is keeping in line only for 5- 10 min... it is waste of my bill only no use. not connected to CC.
