Mobikwik — Cash back not received for 5 transactions | |||
I have made WEBIN[protected]-1 WEBIN[protected]-1 WEBIN[protected]-1 WEBIN[protected]-1 this four transactions on 6th april and didn't receive cash back for those. And WEBIN[protected]-1 this transaction on 12th april and didn't receive cash back for those. I filed a ticket on mobikwik, and they told me to wait for 48 hours, and after 48 hours, cash back was not received. Hence, I re-opened the ticket, which went unattended. I suspect that emails sent regarding cash back are automatically deleted. This is very cheap and disgusting. Was this information helpful? | |||
