Mobikwik — Cashback amount | |||||
My issue is related to cashback amount. I didnot get any cashback. My order id is 7igjlh45klh2zv. My transaction amount was 614 rs to 1mg and my cashback amount was 10%of transaction amount that is 61rs. This transaction is done on 24 april and my order is also delivered and still i didnot get any cashback. So i request you to pls send my cashback amount to my mobikwik wallet. Mobikwik is not providing any customer care numbers and mail I'd. If any problem we have no rights to call and mailing. We should use only their support in app only. We should wait up to their reply
