Mobikwik — Cashback not credited back and Recharge failed

Hi, This has happened many times with me while paying via mobikwik wallet. They advertise of giving 200 cashback for transacting through fashionandyou.com but that never happens. I paid thrice from mobikwik from fashionandyou and they say you will get the cashback but that never happend. The ticket no. was 2783399. The limit was whne I recharged my phone yesterday and the money got deduted but the phone was not recharged.
