I initiated a bill payment on 23 June of Ndpl. I visited this website and tried to paid bill. They put my transaction on hold 2 days and did not pay my bill. Bill amount is Rs6980. They asked for the driving license proof to complete the transaction. I sent it 4 times, no body replied. I sent my email for any response, no body replied. Now I have plenty on bill. I don't have money to pay it. They are not replying. I don't know where is my money. What should I do now. Ndpl people can stop power supply at my home. Can someone help me please?
