Mobikwik — Complaining About payment failure and amount deduction

Electricity bill payment done by mobikwik but after otp process stopped due to app server. Now amount is deducted from bank account and payment got cancelled though amount is not returned in account. Please solve my problem it will be highly appreciating...please solve as soon as possible.
