Mobikwik — Complaint about not receiving cashback from MobiKwik

I am writing this to bring to your attention that I have not received the cashback that was promised to me by MobiKwik on Go Indigo Website. I made a transaction on 24th April 2023 for Rs. 5514 using my MobiKwik wallet, which was eligible for a cashback of Rs. 500. However, even after waiting for the stipulated time period, I have not received the promised cashback.

I have tried reaching out to MobikWik customer care several times, but I have not received any positive response from them.
