Mobikwik — complaint against wrong transaction of, rs.4900

This is aakash sharma. I made a payment of rs.4900 on mobikwik to this mobile no.[protected] by mistake. And im trying to call on this no.. Unfortunately the number is not in working. My got stuck in that number. Kindly help me out. Im a middle class person. And this money is most important for me.
I will be very thankful to you, if sort out my problem.
