Mobikwik — Credit card bill payment issue | |||
My name is Dharmendra singh. My mobile no. is [protected]. I have paid my credit card bill payment through mobikwik on 30 January and payment done from mobikwik, but still not credited in credit card bill. today is last day. 2 days already passed after payment, but payment not done. even now it is not credited. we cannot reachout their customer care also.
as per their CC bill payment section it takes 72 hours to process but now it is more than that.. i will be ending with payment penalty and interest now. pathetic..
