Mobikwik — credit card payment failed amount deducted from my bank but not refunded back

I have done my hdfc credit card bill payment of rs 34281 using mobikwick mobile app rs 1500 was in my mobikwick wallet and amount of rs 32781 was deducted from my bank account but after that transaction got failed and also my wallet balance not debited now they have not refunded me the money back

I have immediately filed complaint in help they gave me ticket i'd 14637146 but no response received from them
Pls help to resolve this issue and get back my money as it's very urgent other wise credit card bill payment will be delayed and i have to pay interest on it
