Mobikwik — debited amount not refunded by using sbi netbanking

On date of transaction 5 jan 2016 sum 2500/- i added to mobikwik wallets ([protected]) but debited from sbi account [protected] and passbook entry confirm that show on date 06/01/2016 but still neither refund my account not updated my mobikwik wallets
Bank manager confirm that and me advice to requested directly to mobikwik representative but mobikwik not reachable or not responding sir
