Mobikwik — debited money from upi linked account and now money with mobikwik as it didn't go, to my credit card and they need 7 days to even investiga

Mobiqwik deducted 5000 RS from my UPI linked account and then they said it's refunded back to my account.

Nothing came back to my account. When I raised a complaint, no response for 24 hours.

Then I followed up again after 24 hours, they came back that they need 7 working days to respond.

Is this a ploy to extract money from customer account, earn interest under the name of technical glitch and then refund after 1 week (after Mobiqwik earning interest)?
