Mobikwik — Deducted INR40K money but did not settle my bill for months

Mobikwik is very unprofessional and cheap company. I paid my credit card bill using them where in they deducted INR40K from my account but did not pay my CC bill. When I came to know I followed up for my money as well as interest (INR5K) charged by the CC company. They paid back 40K after 2 weeks of follow ups but yet to refund interest charged by my credit card company. They are so unprofessional that they are not saying they would not pay clearly but prefer to close the ticket which I reopen again. Should I lodged a complain at the consumer court. Any direction in this regards.
