Mobikwik — Didn't got the refund money in mobikwik wallet but it is showing that refund has been added to your wallet

Epto gave me refund but mobikwik sent me the message that your amount has been added to your wallet but in realitu amount was not added to my wallet i try to contact with them but their customer support is very slow and they are not responding and now it's time to pay the zip bill soo why will I pay wrong bill zepto refunded the money but mobikwik steal that please help me.
