Mobikwik — electricity bill amount not refunded

Electricity bill paid twice but amount not refunded to my bank account. On december 10 th 2019 i have paid the electricity bill. The amount has been deducted ffrom my bank account but not adjusted to electricity bill. I got the message that the amount is refunded but it is not reflecting in my bank account. I have enclosed the transaction id of the amount paid

Transaction ID MK[protected] and Transaction ID MK[protected]. These are the two transaction payments made for electricity bill and the transaction is failed. The amount is not refunded to the bank. please help me.
