Mobikwik — Electricity bill not submitted payment deducted

My name is Arvind singh chouhan .My registered id is [protected]@gmail.com in mobikwik and number is [protected]. My bill not submitted however i have already complained. I was paid on 2 feb 2017. Now its 20 days ago no satisfy response . I have deducted my bill payment already but its not retrun yet . I got a email from electricity department bill not paid yet and last pay date it was on 16 feb. its already over.

I have added 525 rs to book the train ticket but not still added in my wallet and also debited from my bank account
