I[censored] are getting an error "email id not found".Go to installed apps on ur phone, select mobikwik, clear all data, open the app, login again with ur phn number/email address.. now try transferring, You'll be good to go!! Cheers

Thanks a lot, even I faced this issue for almost 15-20 days, the customer support was not at all picking up the call, I have followed your mentioned method, felt very happy that now am able to transfer the money to my account.
