Mobikwik — error : user disabled

Dear Team,

This is Devada Devi Srikanth and my mobile number is [protected], I by mistakenly deleted my mobikwik account. I would like to resue the account . When Im trying to login using my number [protected] im getting OTP after entering OTP its displaying " error : user disabled". I have lodged a complaint to mobikwik but there is no response as its been almost 15 days after complaining.

I request you to enable my MOBIKWIK account with mobile number [protected]. Please do the needful as soon as possible.

I have made the electricity bill payment using mobikwick app, For single payment multiple deduction from my bank account(SBI). Kindly solve the issue.
