Mobikwik — error while making electricity bill payment through mobikwik however the amount is debited from my bank account | |||
Hello, My name is nishant uchil and i am a new user of mobiwkik. I installed ur app in my phone and tried to make en electricity bill payment today for the amount of inr 2770 through my dbs bank upi (Nishant. [protected]@dbs) on february 22, 2019 at around 8:30 pm. While proceeding the app got stuck and later i got a message saying there is some problem in my bank website hence unable to proceed with the transaction. However the amount is debited from my bank account and it shows the payment is made to [protected]@hfdcbank. My bank (Dbs) has confirmed the receipt of payment from the merchant which is mobikwik. Kindly have a look into the same on priority and urgency basis and revert the money back to my account at the earliest or else i may have to file a case of fraud in the consumer forum and other respective agencies. I hope to receive a positive response at the earliest or else i will have to put the message across social media that mobikwik is cheating its customers. Was this information helpful? | |||

1 feb 2019 I have added money twice in MobiKwik wallet but both time are not added in MobiKwik wallet and in my bank account is deducted 2000 rupees but added only 1000 rupees but sitll 1000 rupees is not added, transaction id is[protected] and I have to send a PDF on my bank account, I request you to solve my problem as soon as.
