Mobikwik — even after 7 days transaction failed but amount is not refunded

Yesterday I (Amar jeet ) tried to pay an electricity bill for my customer of Rupay 1016.00 dated on 20/12/18 vai mobikwik using my State bank of India debit card. I got a message via email transaction failed and your amount is refunded and in a message box, your debit card is used at zaakpay payment services gurugon pos atm but my bank account not credited by 1016.00 please help me otherwise customer may hurt me because of huge amount. The transaction id is MK[protected]. I am going in depression please help me
