Mobikwik — Failed transaction and refund amount not refunded . No response from customer care.

I have one failed transaction and 3 refunds from myntra that should come to my mobikwik account but after several complains and waste of effort to reach out mobikwik customer care none of these amounts are refunded to me.

1. Transaction 1 : Success on mobikiwk end but failed on Myntra end. Myntra has reversed this but I don't see it in mymobikiwk account.
