Mobikwik — failed transaction - money debited from bank but not credited back | |||
On 10th march 2018, i used mobikwik app to pay electric bill, the transaction got failed but the money was deducted from my bank and till date the money is not credited back, i have already registered 2 complaints in mobikwik app (Ticket # 8015440 and ticket # 7992651) but till date i have not received a single response from mobikwik.
