Dear Concern,
I have received fraudulent call from mobikwik no. [protected] today[protected] at 09:20 pm and lost money of Rs. 28, 198/- in 4 transactions which is paid to Zomato. I received call and computer voice told me that we have received a request to change your registered mobile number, kindly press 1 if you have not requested, then i pressed 1 . then asked me to put OTP for confirmation. I put the OTP and after few second received sms and email regarding debited of rs. total Rs. 28, 198/- in 4 transactions. however i put only 1 OTP. details of the transactions are in the trail mail and summary is given below:
1. Transaction ID ZTGIFT-23-BA656F419A of Rs. 9, 300/-2. Transaction ID ZTGIFT-23-FCD08081AD of Rs. 9, 300/-3. Transaction ID ZTGIFT-23-6E1245926A of Rs. 9, 300/-4 Transaction ID ZTGIFT-23-6ABECE28A6 of Rs. 9, 300/-
I called up cyber crime no. and they are asking for numeric no. transaction IDs. these are Alphanumeric IDs. then cyber cell hepdesk asked me to contact mobikwik for verification of transaction IDs. kindly verifiy and provide numeric transaction id. and inquire about these transaction. Investigate, and help me to get the money refunded.
