Mobikwik — Flexi product withdrawn and my investment blocked without my consent.

I had invested my money in Mobikwik flexi option where company provide flexi option to deposite & withdraw invested amount any time where as company also offering plus option where investment gets invested for locking period on higher rate of interest.

But my money is blocked by mobikwik without my consent and confirmation and only trench amount is its getting released 12th of every month which was neither anywhere communicated at the time of investment nor taken consent from me for locking my investment.

I have called your customer care yesterday for 16 mins but I didn’t get any satisfactory response and any complaint number on my investment locking without my consent .

My family member is admitted in hospital and I need my money back immediately. Any loss of my family member due to delay in refund of my investment by mobikwik complete responsibility will be of Mobikwik
