Hello, mobikwik customer care team,
On 29th dec 2017 i have deposited an electricity bill to mobikwik online portal amt : 18, 941 with transaction id: mk[protected]…. And that was time its deducted my amount of bill payment…. Now i have complaint…the payment bill not done that time, i have received the refund same amount on jan. 4th 2018 and we paid the direct bill to govt. Services with a penalty too. Here not my mistake to take your services that time.
At present time i want a refund of amt: 709/-…that we have paid to govt. Service as a penalty.
