Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to formally raise a complaint against The MobiKwik for repeated negligence, mental harassment, and failure to provide resolution regarding my multiple ticket submissions related to KYC and account issues.
Despite submitting my documents and KYC details multiple times across five or more tickets, I have not received a proper resolution or support. This prolonged delay has caused unnecessary stress, wasted my time, and negatively affected my mental well-being.
As a consumer, I have the right to receive fair service and timely support. Due to the lack of action and communication, I am preparing to file a legal complaint with the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC) under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 for the following reasons:
Mental harassment and emotional stress
Delay and deficiency in service
Negligence in resolving repeated complaints
