This is puneeta chauhan, on 27/006/2022 there was a unauthorized transaction happened in my mobikwik wallet. I have not done any kind of transaction as such. someone called [protected] from this number unfortunately some unauthorized transaction happened as below. I have given complaint to mobikwik, but none of them till now no response. After i sent an email to fraud alerts email as per their procedure, they sent me a questionnaire and i replied back after that i didn’t have any update. Atleast mobikwik is doing investigation or not?
After this fraud i have seen my transactions and i found almost everyday there was a fraud transaction tried on my mobikwik, as i don’t have balance those transactions failed. Unfortunately on 8th i have balance and it got deducted. I need mobikwik to dig in and investigate and respond me asap. Atleast i am expecting a call from your team to get an update. Because i tired of calling mobikwik customer care, it never connects to an agent.
