Mobikwik — Fraud company did not receive my refund for failed transaction

My amount of 1514 has been debited from mobikwik wallet as i tried to pay to Myntra. But the transaction failed but i did not receive any refund from mobikwik. Myntra says the amount never reached them. And mobikwik is just withholding my refund amount. Fraud company mobikwik is. Stay away
