Mobikwik — fraud company pathetic service account locked | |||||
Hello, This is to inform you that i had recharged to my mobikwik wallet with rs.7000/- to make a payment to merchant. However, your app is giving option only to add money but not option to transfer money to merchant nor back to amount. I have writing to your support from 5th of november and i have not received proper response. Unfortunately you do not have support number to contact. It is so irritating for a customer to see your response time as 7 working and response from nodal officer is 21 business working days. Its so shameful for a company to keep a support ike this. This shows your level of company. This is very cheaper than any lala company. I will never use your application again and i will ensure any of my friends or family should not use your application. I will raise a complaint in cosumer forum if the issue (Reverse back to account) is not resolved within 5 working days. My ticket id - 9652395. Not regards but with regret for choosing your company.
