Mobikwik — fraud transaction by mobikwik team

I have found multiple suspicious transaction amount added in my mobikwik wallet without information. I did not receive any otp for that transaction, it my be cheated by mobikwik team. Even i requested to reverse that amount to reference bank but they are not take the seriously still not refunded to bank. No only my single card this thign happen, its happend on all save card in mobikwik wallet. I request to every one do not save your card in mobikwik wallet.

From my bank account balance debited after transactions failed on 14may 2019
Still they didn't refund

Rs 750/ deducted in mobikwick.app .But electric bill not paid . Reverse the payment.payment made to Zaak repayment services.payment made vide sbi debit card.
