Dear Sir,
I got SMS regarding unauthorized transaction of Rs 57869.0/ on 31/08/2022 at 12:32 pm and again receive a decline transaction of same amount at 12:37. When I login in Mobi Kwik, at 12:40 pm, I observed the fraudial transaction (transaction ID :[protected]A) of Rs.57869.0/- debited from my wallet. I reported same to Mobi Kwik customer care online and lodge a complaint with complain no#8702451 at 12:43 pm. After that my MobiKwik account was blocked by them. After Advice received from Mobikwik in mail, I logged a complain regarding same to cybercrime portal with acknowledgement No# [protected] and shared same to Mobi Kwik for refund processing as per mail communication.
On 2nd Sep2003, I received a call from Cybercrime department, and they advise me to report the incident at local police station, I visited on there and logged a GD with GD#134 dated 02/09/2023.
After 5 days passed, Mobikwik is not responding.They generated bill and calling and sending SMS for payment. Hence, I am requested to accept my complaint regarding the incident happens.
