Mobikwik — fraud/ unauthorized use

An unauthorised frsud txn had happened for rs.1070 dt 3/2/19, using the given mobiquick wallet id. The payment was made to zingoy ac. I have contacted them and made the txn failed. Kindly make arrangement to refund the amount to my wallet as soon as possible. The order id was 5924834 more than that i would like to raise a complaint with ciber crime dept, so that i can make the fraudester punished. Even after giving complaint, another fraud attempt again was happened to the mentioned mobikwick wallet.

Exactly same thing also happened to me. Amount 6741 has been deducted from my mobikwik order against zingoy order number 6047518 whereas I’ve not purchased anything from any such website. Mobikwik is cheating its customers by giving unauthorised access of wallet to other companies without even getting otp. Many users have complained to the company about similar instances but still such frauds are happening. Mail has already been sent to mobikwik but no reply. I need refund for this.
