Mobikwik — Fraudly taken the details of the debit card and spent 9900

Address:Kolhapur, Maharashtra

My fathers debit card details were taken by saying the card has been expired and we'll renew it on 21/07/2015 and spent 9900 on mobiwik Merchant: MOBIKWIK35456 on 21/07/2015 18:34:50 in New Delhi, How can I know the shipping address or the user who has fraudly used this. please help.
