Hello team,
I would like to bring to your notice that a fraud transaction took place today, 6th May 2015, using my mother's debit card. She got a call from the number +91-[protected] where he claimed himself to be SBI bank manager to renew the SBI debit card.He asked for the card number and the one-time password which my aged mother having no knowledge of being duped disclosed easily. Later we found out that Rs 9990 was debited from the account towards Mobikwik.com. The details are as below:

Once I came to know this, the card was blocked and FIR was also filed with the local police station. I have sent a mail to the backend department of mobikwik.com which handles all fraud complaints ([protected]@mobikwik.com), but haven't received a reply yet. Can you please look into the issue so that the transaction can be aborted and the money refunded to my mother's account. I am urging your sincere help in this regard.
