Kindly look below mail which i sent to mobikwik but not getting proper response. Please resolve this issue asap

Dear team, i had transferred (Rs 5000 and 5) from my mobikwik account to other account but still both amount are not showing in my account pls check resolve this issue asap.

Dear concern, i transferred 5000 rs from mobikwik account to my other wallet but fund not receive in my other wallet. Kindly check and revert asap.
