Dear team Mobikwik,
There are two fraud transactions (MBK[protected] & MBK[protected], dtd:13.09.22, not done by me at all and that I have been highlighting since 13.09.22 on regular basis for blocking said transactions and refund full amount on top most priority basis.
But I'm extremely sorry to update you that I have not yet received any response from your end since more than five days even after several follow up over mail and help support option in your app where I had been trying to reach you over the phone as well but it's very very disappointing that not responding from your side, details of phone calls log attached as ready refn.
PS, most importantly, one call received from Mobikwik registered phone (no.[protected]) itself and asking for OTP which indicates that some officials of Mobikwik itself are involved in such fraud transactions which is too much of disappointment and disgusting too.
Therefore, my earnest request to you to expedite investigation process and block these two successive transactions dtd 13.09.22 and refund full amount urgently to continue with Mobikwik, else it needs to be closed forever and I will not pay against these two fraud transactions (MBK[protected] & MBK[protected].
On the other hand, I have tried to make balance due amount of Rs.[protected]) but my Mobikwik app noted USER DISABLED SINCE 14.09.22, as a result of which I couldn't make said payment.
PS; few relevant snapshots also attached as ready refn.
Hence, pls look into these matters of fraud transactions as well as corrupt officials of Mobikwik itself involved in such fraud transactions from it's root and still such time I'm not interested to continue with such irresponsible and non-trusted Mobikwik app further.
Your immediate action and positive response would be highly appreciated in above mentioned issues at the earliest without any more delays.
