I had taken a loan of INR 40000 from MobiKwik.
can see in my credit report an overdue charge of INR 590
They informed me to contact MobiKwik, Upon contacting MobiKwik they asked me to contact Fullerton India back.
I have written n number of emails to the Escalation team at MobiKwik, however have only received scripted reply.
and please refund my overdue chargers
